Shipping Policy
How We Calculate Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. The final shipping cost depends on factors such as your location, the shipping method selected, and the size of your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Aanoor Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment directly with the courier partner.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
At Aanoor Essentials, we take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order. Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, we only accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor variations in colour or fragrance due to natural ingredients
How to Raise a Return Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us or reach out via our contact page with your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. Request has to be raised within 2 days. Replacement will be delivered within 7 days.
