About Our Products
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! All Aanoor Essentials products are formulated with plant-based, Ayurvedic ingredients. We avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, sulphates, and artificial fragrances wherever possible.
Are your products suitable for all skin and hair types?
Our products are crafted to be gentle and suitable for most skin and hair types. Each product page includes details on who it's best suited for. If you have specific concerns (e.g., sensitive skin, scalp conditions), we recommend doing a patch test before use.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We do not test on animals and are committed to ethical, cruelty-free beauty.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the date of manufacture. Please check the packaging for the exact expiry date and best-before information.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products contain natural botanical ingredients, some of which may cause reactions in individuals with specific allergies. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page and performing a patch test before first use.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery details and complete payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location — metro cities usually receive orders in 3–5 days, while other areas may take 5–10 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged product. Our team will review and resolve your concern promptly.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
