Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or broken
- The product is defective (e.g., leaking, contaminated, or unusable)
- An incorrect product was delivered
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor natural variations in colour, texture, or fragrance due to herbal ingredients
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days from approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
Replacements
If you prefer, we can offer a replacement of the same product instead of a refund, subject to availability. Request has to be raised within 2 days. Replacement will be delivered within 7 days.
