Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or broken
  • The product is defective (e.g., leaking, contaminated, or unusable)
  • An incorrect product was delivered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor natural variations in colour, texture, or fragrance due to herbal ingredients

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days from approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Replacements

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement of the same product instead of a refund, subject to availability. Request has to be raised within 2 days. Replacement will be delivered within 7 days.
